If you can’t get up to Winter Park to eat at the long-running and influential The Ravenous Pig north of downtown Orlando, the people behind it opened this smashing counter-service ‘cue joint here. Along with pints of craft beer, find excellent gustatory ideas (brisket BBQ meatballs, smoked chicken salad, burnt ends chili) plus plates of meat from the smoker and fun twists on side dishes such as crispy whiskey-caramel Brussels sprouts and smoked corn with chipotle aioli.
