The pub looks historic, but not in the way you think. Raglan Road was the first to bring well-reviewed independent cuisine to Disney Springs in 2005, so it was permitted to survive the post–Downtown Disney purge. Irish staples are turned into sprightly new visions, including glazed loin of bacon with cabbage, beef stew infused with Guinness, and good old fish and chips. Although the massive dining area is styled after an Irish pub, it’s 20 times noisier. There’s free live music most evenings. If you only want fish and chips, get it (plus beer) for less on the south side of the building at the counter-service hole-in-the-wall Cookes of Dublin, run by the same people.
