Yvan and Isabelle Cardinaux take the idea of “chez” to a whole new level with the warm welcome and delectable dishes at one of the best restaurants in town. Service and quality prevail; don’t expect fine crystal and a maitre d’. The extremely reasonable menu features seasonal refined dishes such as roebuck with pumpkin mousse topped with chorizo shavings and half-roasted pigeon with ginger.
