So-named thanks to its loosely nautical theme (a couple of fish tanks, turquoise paint, and a boat roped to the ceiling) rather than a need to wear flippers, the stand-out nights at this intimate, two-story bar are Tuesday and Thursday, when up-and-coming singers from the Norwegian Opera are drafted in to entertain a mixed bag of students and classical-music buffs. If you're not an opera fan, then the decent wine list, international beers, and eccentric decor are enough incentive to visit on other nights. There's no food but pizza and sushi can be brought in from surrounding restaurants.
