Gee's Restaurant
This massive, Victorian glass conservatory is where Oxford students take their parents when they come to town. The setting is spectacular and wonderfully nostalgic (for 80 years this was where Oxford's residents got their flowers). And the food, while not as consistently excellent as it once was, is based on seasonal flavors and is usually quite fresh and tasty. A twirl around the menu might include crab risotto, roasted pork belly or grilled salmon. We'd suggest eating inside the conservatory rather than at one of the outside tables (they're too near to the road, for our taste).
