This hotel built into a 16th-century manor in Palma’s old Gothic quarter has splendid views of the cathedral from the roof terrace. The rooms feature a mix of parquet wood and tile floors, exposed wooden beams on the ceilings, and dark wooden window frames. Rooms vary a lot in size, with some being quite small, so ask to see the room before moving in. The location is perfect for sightseeing, less ideal for lying on the beach. Breakfast is served beneath lemon trees on the central patio.
