That would be the pricing, which is more than fair for rooms this well maintained, comfortable, and amenity laden (all feature kitchenettes with full-sized fridges and stove-top ovens). The motel is set near the east end of the beach, right on the Gulf, but away from the crowds with 90 rooms between five buildings. Least expensive digs are those across the street from the sands, but even those right on the beach are reasonable, especially the family-friendly one- and two-bedroom apartments here.
