Its rooms are small and basically equipped, but a good reason to stay is for the substantial and delicious cooking. Owner Rafael Carvajal takes pride in traditional roasts, stews, and charcuterie made with top quality local ingredients. There’s a cozy dining room with an open fire in winter and a covered terrace out front in summer. Breakfast of freshly sliced jamón with grated tomato and olive oil on toasted bread—included in the room rate—is not to be skipped.
