Life seems unusually pleasant when you’re sitting out on the porch of this 1926 chapter house (of the Imperial Orders of the Daughters of the Empire) watching all of the tidal action on the Bay of Fundy, and eating some of the fruits of that bay. The fish chowder here is particularly satisfying, especially if you pair a cup with their signature potato tart, which blends potatoes with cheddar and bacon, a genius combination. Not feeling fancy? The burgers (veggie or lamb) are mighty tasty, as is the pesto pizza.
