Café des Amis

High quality cuts of beef are imported fresh (never frozen) from America, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand where they are prepared with much success here. Sous vide, flame grilled, and pan-searing cooking techniques highlight the quality of the meat, like the A5 Japanese wagyu fillet with a marble score of 10—it almost melts in your mouth. Sides like scalloped and mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables accompany the steaks and fresh crab legs and a catch of the day round out the menu. The gin list is among the best in town.
