The Pensacola Beach Resort
A former Margaritaville hotel, this 162-room resort—the only private beachfront resort in the area—sits on over 800 feet of gulf-front property. Rooms are quite nice with seafoam green walls, cool tile bathrooms, and heavy, fine wood furnishings. Some come with balconies and all have beach or lagoon views. The heated pool overlooks the beach and is lovely. There’s a nice tiki bar, an even better beach bar, the Salty Rose, and casual dining restaurant. They also offer dolphin tours on an open-air power boat.
