Hotel Vinas Queirolo

Surrounded by more than 4 sq. km (1.5 sq. miles) of grapevines near the foothills of the Andes, this hacienda-style property is Peru’s only true vineyard hotel. The grapes are used by the Queirolo family to make their Intipalka wines and piscos at their bodega in Lima. The stylish, sophisticated property is full of wood beams and colonial-style wood furnishings, and decorated with antiques and old clay vessels used to transport pisco. The rooms, simply decorated with stone floors and flatscreen TVs, look out onto a sea of vines. Elsewhere on the property, there are several pools to take in the Ica sun, as well as an excellent restaurant and bar.
