The splashy home to the Philadelphia Theatre Company is heralded by a scarf-shaped marquee, standing on the first floor of a very pink building along the Avenue of the Arts. Inside, the space is laid out on the principles of universal access, and is one of the easiest venues in town to navigate. The 370-seat playhouse also hosts performances by Koresh Dance Company and out-of-town visitors. It's named for former playwright, actress, and director Suzanne Roberts, the wife of Comcast cable founder Ralph Roberts.
