Patong Medical Spa (behind Patong Hospital, 57 Sainamyen Rd.; tel. 07634-4855; is a more affordable day spa with trained Thai practitioners offering uniquely Thai treatments such as herbal steam, foot reflexology, or the soothing, hot herbal poultice, called prakob in Thai.
