Charlie Clark’s, the oldest steakhouse in the White Mountains, has been serving up thick, juicy steaks since 1938 (before that, during Prohibition, the building was used as a sort of backwoods speakeasy). Mesquite-broiled steaks and chicken, as well as seafood and prime rib, fill the menu.
