Rooms in Pithagorio are quickly filled by tour groups, so don't count on finding a place here if you haven't booked well in advance. You can find a long listing of hotels in Pithagprio at www.samos-hotels.com, but you are advised to check them out on tripadvisor.com as many of the expensive ones are found wanting. I can recommend two of the more moderate.
