On a breezy balcony in the center of town, Rumfish y Vino offers a a wide-ranging menu of food from across the Americans (most prominently Mexico, Peru and the U.S.A). Most days that includes succulent conch fritters, homemade fish pâté, and Jamaican jerk pork chops. On the comfort food front there’s a gourmet mac n’ cheese and primo fish tacos. The wine list here is unique for Belize, featuring a broad selection of Italian and California wines that they import themselves; there are also several local beers on tap.
