One of the Quinta’s most inviting sidewalk restaurants, the former Las Mañanitas (same owner) wins people over with its delicious breakfasts and brings them back for lunch and dinner. In addition to more than a dozen well-priced combination plates, breakfast dishes run the gamut from crepes, waffles and muffins to omelets to Mexican favorites—the chilaquiles are terrific. Try to go on Sunday, when Mexican spiced cafe de olla is available. For lunch and dinner, you can have a simple, inexpensive meal or go all out with an Argentinean churrasco (a variety of grilled meats) or a grilled seafood plate. Standouts on the novella-sized menu include addictive jalapeño poppers, savory chimichangas, chicken enchilada mole, and super-fresh fish and shrimp tacos.
