You get dinner and a show at the restaurant of the Villa del Sueño Hotel and condo complex. Throughout the high season, a house band, which features one of the owners, usually plays (Celine Dion reportedly once joined in). But even if there’s no music, this open-air restaurant is wonderfully pleasant, with a dimly lit, covered dining room and outdoor tables and chairs spread around the lush gardens. The kitchen serves up local ingredients used in contemporary Continental recipes like steak with pepper sauce, or fresh red snapper topped with locally caught shrimp in a cream sauce.
