You enter under a shower of flowering bougainvillea and immediately are enveloped by the calm, cool, and relaxed atmosphere that pervades the Casa del Mar. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and most come with air-conditioning and private bathrooms (a few of the cheapest ones have neither). The beach is just a few steps away, across the street. The pool is just a bit bigger and no deeper than a fountain, but it will cool you off on a hot day.
