It’s hard not to love this cute and colorful, Instagram-friendly breakfast and brunch spot run by an expat couple. The menu reads like an updated Jewish deli, but redesigned for the tropics. That means that along with fresh fruit smoothies and açaí bowls, there’s shakshuka, Montréal-style bagel sandwiches, and Challah French toast, among other treats. We think they also serve some of the best coffee drinks in Guanacaste, including matcha lattes and cold brews. There’s both air-conditioned indoor and shaded outdoor seating available.
