A mainstay on the waterfront since the 1970s, Stay was rebuilt from scratch in 2006 to provide a great harbor experience. Sure, the dining room has panoramic views, but the huge terrace all but puts you in the yachts anchored in the marina. Seafood dishes are plentiful and uniformly excellent, ranging from filet of John Dory with caramelized onions to a mixed grill of whatever the fishermen bring in. The best of the meat dishes is roasted leg of Mallorcan lamb.
