With a name like Beast, you shouldn't expect an abundance of vegetarian offerings. Instead, this prix-fixe, communal-seating restaurant in the Concordia neighborhood is a carnivore's delight, with dishes like sherry-glazed pork belly and foie gras bon bons prepared in front of you by local celebrity chef Naomi Pomeroy. Beast frowns on making substitutions in its six-course dinners and four-course brunches (the menus change weekly), but if you're willing to put yourself in the chef's very capable hands, you'll enjoy one of this meat-happy city's most creative dining experiences. For an extra indulgence, add the optional wine pairing at either meal.
