This boutique in a quiet part of the Hradčany neighborhood has been acquired by the upmarket Golden Tulip chain, further raising the bar at what has always been a very nice hotel. The location, a 10-minute walk beyond Prague Castle from the center, feels remote, but tram no. 22 brings you practically to the hotel's front door. The building dates from the 19th century and public areas have traditional touches like a working fireplace and grand piano. Rooms are divided into "deluxe" and "executive", with the main difference being that the latter are larger.
