In the few short years that JazzDock has been open, this riverside club, located on a jetty that extends into Vltava River south of Malá Strana, has established itself as the city's premier jazz venue. The owners are committed to bringing in the best international talent while keeping cover prices modest for what's on the bill. In contrast to many other jazz clubs in Prague, the sight lines to the stage are not blocked, and the chance to get some fresh air on the terrace between sets is a welcome change. In summer, it runs two shows nightly at 7pm and 10pm. It also has a restaurant here and the international menu of mostly salads, sandwiches, and burgers is pretty good. Buy tickets at the door.
