An American-style steakhouse feels out of place amid the 17th-century baroque splendor of Malá Strana, but the cuts of beef here are very good and the rooftop terrace affords the best view up toward Prague Castle for our money. Indeed, given the lack of high-quality dining options near the Castle, Cowboys makes for a convenient lunch option during a day of sightseeing. The restaurant is managed by the same company that owns Kampa Park, but while Kampa Park is on the fancy side, Cowboys is much more casual.
