Talented Toronto chef Alexandra Feswick has moved to the County to take over one of the PEC’s most elegant dinner destinations. The glass-encased dining room looks out over Lake Ontario and is often backlit by romantic mauve sunsets. Start your meal with one of the amazing cocktails. The craft quaffs have creative names like Rust + Bone, which sounds like a lo-fi punk band but is actually a cedar-infused bourbon sipper. The seasonal dinner options include plates like lime and chili–redolent Ontario perch served with fried lotus root, sweet potato, and edamame. Everything is made from scratch, even the bread.
