Pizza Mail.it

Nadia Zollia of Trieste, Italy, opened this great restaurant with the strange name in 2008, and it soon became the most popular pizzeria in town. It serves roughly 20 types of pizza, the most popular being the Pizza Tica, with ground beef among several other ingredients. Pasta bolognese is a great choice among the heaping plates of pasta. As for the name Pizza Mail.it, there’s a myth that it comes from the fact that the post office is next door. It actually comes from Zollia’s original intention of opening a small takeout place, with “.it” being the Italian suffix for e-mail addresses.
