Three main routes travel east and west through the county. Route 1 in the south connects Charlottetown with the Confederation Bridge, and then Summerside. Route 2, the fastest way to travel east or west, runs through the center. Route 6, the main route along the county’s northern reaches, involves a number of turns at intersections. Keep a sharp eye on the road signs or you’ll lose the trail.
