It didn't take long for this new bistronomic restaurant to build a faithful clientele of local Quimpérois since opening in 2023. After running a restaurant in Nantes for 10 years, Manu and Audrey Le Gouil have returned to their Quimper area roots—and to their “identity”. Within the restaurant’s attractive dining room, or on the small terrace with views towards the cathedral, enjoy chilled pea soup topped with mussels, sea bass with creamed zucchini and grey shrimp sauce or veal quarter with artichoke mousse.
