The restaurant at the Historic Requa Inn prides itself on showcasing all things local—the salmon is caught 200 yards away in many cases and the chefs often forage for mushrooms and greens. Because the menu is based on what’s fresh, it’s constantly rotating but don’t worry; all the offerings are tantalizing. The four-course dinners are always prix-fixe and family-style, and reservations are required. A hearty, all-you-can-eat hot breakfast is made daily for guests (and included in the room rate), but open to non-guests as well.
