A long-running favorite in the Brasilito/Conchal area, Papaya specializes in Pacific Rim and Nuevo Latino fare. Occupying a large, open-air space overlooking the pool and gardens of the Conchal Hotel, it’s also date-night central thanks to its dim lighting and candlelit tables. Either go with a special from the chalkboard or try the fresh mahi-mahi in a coconut crust and local lobster tails seasoned with Chinese five spice. A winner!
