In a sea of overpriced, touristy restaurants near St. Peter’s, Angelica serves up surprisingly good and justly priced (though not cheap) fare. Specialties include handmade pasta with crunchy bacon and leeks, a divine lime risotto with artichokes and parmesan, or grilled octopus, stuffed calamari, or duck breast in a Port wine reduction. Save room for the delicious, non-run-of-the-mill dessert options. Reservations are required.
