A tried and tested gourmet restaurant looking out to sea from Roquebrune’s old town square. Exceptional service is matched by professionally prepared classics from the four quarters of France. Expect Normandy lobster in Cognac, Mediterranean tuna with sesame and pesto, Provençal lamb with a lavender honey glaze, and confit de canard duck from the Languedoc. Best value is the 28€ lunch, which includes a half-bottle of Cotes du Ventoux red wine. Les Deux Frères also offers ten charming guestrooms (doubles from 75€ to 110€), some of which overlook the Mediterranean below.
