Trinity Vineyard
With Joe Dobbes, one of Oregon's top winemakers, producing the wines here, Trinity is one of my favorite area wineries. The location south of downtown Salem is a bit off the beaten path, which makes Trinity something of a hidden gem. Definitely worth searching out.
