With more than 8,000 plant species on 55 acres, among them some ancient plants in a special “primitive garden” and a grove of California redwoods, this place is as lovely as it is peaceful. And it’s one of the few places you’ll be able to wander through a Mesoamerican Cloud Garden without actually climbing a mountain in Central or South America.
