This venerable company (founded in 1933), is the oldest professional ballet company in the United States and is still regarded as one of the country’s finest. Along with its beloved annual Nutcracker, it performs a varied repertoire of full-length contemporary and classic ballets. The season generally runs February through May, with Nutcracker performances in December.
