A gringo from Seattle named Mike has created what might possibly be the most popular restaurant in San Gil. Inside the colonial house is a menu of U.S. West Coast–style food, primarily gourmet burritos, sandwiches, burgers with breads and tortillas from their in-house bakery. There are also cheese fries, seriously awesome sticky buns, and milkshakes.
