At 17 stories tall, the Aurola Holiday Inn’s gleaming glass facade towers over the Parque Morazán and surrounding Barrio Amón neighborhood. This central location provides easy walking access to a host of restaurants, bars, and several of the city’s better museums. Despite being one of the older downtown hotels, the rooms and common areas have received regular updating and feel contemporary, with furnishings made from varnished local hardwoods, and firm orthopedic mattresses.
