Another no frills option in the waterfront area that’s not quite as good as Salitre, but does fine by the fresh fish of the day and the typical Puerto Rican food, including rich seafood and chicken stews and mofongo stuffed with shrimp in sweet tomato sauce. The atmosphere and service can be lacking, but the fresh simple fare is tasty and at a good price.
