Casa Bianchi
This traditional family winery is beloved by Argentines throughout the country and very much at the heart of San Rafael. Their modern bodega bears the fruits of grapes brought from Italy in 1910 by Mr. Bianchi himself. If you're lucky, you'll get a taste of the exquisite Enzo Bianchi Malbec. They also have a separate cellar that gives champagne-focused tours.
