There are no reservations or table service—you simply give your order to the staff behind the counter who juggle multiple food and drink requests. Somehow it all works. The house specialty is the crunchy yet chewy tortillita de camarones (shrimp fritter). The jamón that hangs above the counter is also first-rate. The walls are covered with historic scenes of Sanlúcar life, including a hair-raising photograph of the day a bull escaped from the ring and wandered through the crowded stand. It’s lively and great fun, with cheerfully low prices.
