This budget beaut has a prime location halfway along the beach of Platja de Sant Pol. A dozen of its rooms have direct sea views, and some have hydromassage baths for a do-it-yourself spa after a day on the beach. The styling here is not exactly exciting, but everything is neat and tidy. An unpretentious restaurant serves local fish and rice dishes and has a great-value three course lunch menu at 25.50€, but the dining room feels a little strait-laced. Perhaps conscious of that, the owners also run Villa Laura, a more casual taverna a couple of doors along the promenade, with an almost identical menu and prices.
