Tucked away off Cerrillos Road, this casual salad bistro offers up-to-the-minute-fresh ingredients in concoctions like duck confit tossed with baby arugula, and “Eat Your Peas,” with bacon and Asiago cheese mixed with sweet green peas. Much of the produce comes from the owner’s 10-acre farm in Nambe. Proteins such as lemon-herb chicken breast, grilled flank steak, diver scallops, or grilled tofu are also available. Seasonal salad options are always changing—watch for the winter kale with ricotta and chicken when it’s available. Several healthy sandwiches are also on the menu, including a hot turkey sandwich and a tuna melt. Vinaigrette’s dining room has a modern, playful atmosphere, with red chairs and a green-tiled wine bar. On the back patio you can eat under an old apricot tree. Beer and wine are available.
