All the rooms in this long-standing hotel have windows with good insulation so that guests can enjoy maximum light with minimum street noise. The location near the bus and rail stations is rather congested but is a bonus for those without a car. Furnishings in the mid-size rooms are rather spare, but digs are fresh and clean. Friendly staff will even arrange “room service” from local fast–food restaurants for those who need a quiet evening in.
