Planning a trip to Santiam Pass and McKenzie Pass

Getting There -- Santiam Pass is open year-round and is reached by Ore. 22 from Salem, U.S. 20 from Albany, and Ore. 126 from Eugene. McKenzie Pass, which is closed in winter, is on Ore. 242 and lies to the south of Santiam Pass. It can be reached by all the same roads that lead to Santiam Pass.
