Restaurants in Saratoga Springs

Saratoga Springs has a very nice little roster of fine dining and laid-back eateries, with something to appeal to picky gourmands and fussy families. Like the majority of inns, almost all are independently and locally owned, and most are within easy walking distance of the main drag downtown. The best restaurant in town, Chez Sophie, closed in late 2009 when the owners moved to a vineyard property in France. Good for them, bad for local diners.
