Savannah History Museum
This enlightening museum is located within the historic Central of Georgia Railway train shed, charting Savannah’s past from 1733 to the American Revolution and Civil War, to the Industrial Revolution, and the present day. Just across the street from the museum, Battlefield Memorial Park commemorates the Battle of Savannah in 1779, the second bloodiest battle of the American Revolution.
