This elegant cafe is operated by the Savannah College of Art and Design (some SCAD students do work here), housed in the grand 1926 Scottish Rite building on Madison Square. The handsome interior, replete with carved-mahogany bookcases and original stained-glass panels, really sets this place apart. The menu features primarily local, organic produce, with a selection of gourmet sandwiches (try the ratatouille with smoked gouda), and light meals such as spinach pie with feta and dill, or wild Georgia shrimp.
