Chef Kate Buchanan has developed a playful menu that blends local produce and Lowcountry flavors with a host of international dishes. Signature plates include Bahamian chicken curry and Pasta Veracruz (sauté of chicken, roasted tomatoes, seared corn, caramelized onions, and linguine in a creamy tequila-chipotle pan sauce), as well as sesame-crusted catfish and classic meatloaf.
